Before you call, have a quick read of the most frequent questions people ask me.

1. What can you mend? Windows – (Windows 10, 8.1, 7, 8, Vista, Windows XP)

I will perform essential maintenance, restore and restore Windows, update Windows, install upgrades, perform virus removal, remove harmful spyware, and troubleshoot Microsoft applications like Word and Outlook.

With Windows 7 at the end of its life, I can upgrade you to Windows 10 and make sure things are not too different than before.

I will work on all makes and models of desktop PC’s. That includes Dell, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Packard Bell, HP (Hewlett-Packard), eMachines, Panasonic, Evesham, IBM, Acer, Sony, Compaq Presario, Gateway, Asus desktops, Lenovo, Samsung, Advent, Mesh and more!

So if you’ve got a slow desktop computer or the computer is too loud, or you will need an SSD installed, or the desktop won’t boot up, or the hard drive does not work, or your own desktop overheats, or your desktop has a virus, or you need data recovery on a desktop or you would prefer a desktop PC update, contact me now.

2. How much do you charge?

I charge £40 per hour. Please note: I don’t have a shop so I can only see clients by appointment only. Most repair jobs take between 1 and 2 hours, so you are looking at paying between £40 and £80 for your valuable computer to be in its best again.

3. Do I get a guarantee?

I stand by my job, so all repairs come with a 3-month guarantee. What does that really mean for you? This ensures that if your computer breaks down with the same problem within 3 weeks of my fix, I will fix it free of charge. That’s including parts! This does not include spyware or virus infections.

4. Why do you charge less?

I charge less because it’s only me that does all the work so I’m the only person you will ever be dealing with when you telephone or email. That means I don’t have the high overhead that other IT companies do.

And let’s face it, I charge a fair and honest price where others do not. And that’s the bottom line.

5. What can you offer me that others can’t?

With me, you always know what to expect. You get a 3-month guarantee on the job I do. You’ll find the benefit of over 20 years experience and specialist hands-on training.
