1. What can you fix? Windows – (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, Windows XP)
I can perform essential maintenance, restore and repair Windows, upgrade Windows, install upgrades, perform virus removal, eliminate harmful spyware, and troubleshoot Microsoft programs like Word and Outlook.
With Windows 7 at the end of its life, I will upgrade you to Windows 10 and make sure things are not too different than before.
I can work on all makes and models of desktop PC’s. Including Dell, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Packard Bell, HP (Hewlett-Packard), eMachines, Panasonic, Evesham, IBM, Acer, Sony, Compaq Presario, Gateway, Asus desktops, Lenovo, Samsung, Advent, Mesh and much more!

2. How much do you charge?
I bill £40 per hour. Please note: I don’t have a shop so I can only see clients by appointment only. Most repair jobs take between 1 and 2 hours, so you are taking a look at paying between £40 and £80 for your valuable computer to be in its best again.
3. Can I get a guarantee?
I stand by my job, so all repairs come with a 3-month guarantee. What does that really mean for you? Well, this ensures that if your computer breaks down with the identical problem within 3 weeks of my repair, I will fix it free of charge. That is including parts! This doesn’t include virus or spyware infections.
4. Why do you charge less?
I charge less because it’s just me that does all the work so I’m the only person you’ll ever be dealing with when you call or email. That means I don’t have the high overhead that other IT businesses do.
And let’s face it, I charge a fair and honest price where others do not. And that’s the bottom line.
5. What can you offer me that others can not?
