1. What can you fix? Windows – (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, Windows XP)

I can perform essential maintenance, restore and repair Windows, update Windows, install updates, perform virus removal, eliminate harmful spyware, and troubleshoot Microsoft applications like Word and Outlook.

With Windows 7 at the end of its life, I will upgrade you to Windows 10 and make sure things are not too different than before.

I will work on all makes and models of desktop PC’s. That includes Dell, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Packard Bell, HP (Hewlett-Packard), eMachines, Panasonic, Evesham, IBM, Acer, Sony, Compaq Presario, Gateway, Asus desktops, Lenovo, Samsung, Advent, Mesh and more!

So if you have a slow desktop or the computer is too loud, or you will need an SSD installed, or the desktop won’t boot up, or the hard drive doesn’t work, or your own desktop overheats, or your desktop computer has a virus, or you need data recovery on a desktop or you would like a desktop PC update, contact me now.

2. How much do you charge?

I charge £40 per hour. Please note: I don’t have a store so that I can only see clients by appointment only. Most repair jobs take between 1 and 2 hours, so you are taking a look at paying between £40 and £80 for your valuable computer to be in its best again.

3. Can I get a guarantee?

I stand by my work, so all repairs have a 3-month guarantee. What does that really mean for you? Well, this ensures that if your computer breaks down with the same problem within 3 months of my fix, I will fix it free of charge. That’s including parts! This does not include virus or spyware infections.

4. Why do you charge less?

I charge less because it is just me that does all the work so I am the only person you’ll ever be dealing with when you call or email. That means I do not have the high overhead that other IT businesses do.

And let’s face it, I charge a fair and honest price where others don’t. And that is the bottom line.

5. What can you offer me that others can’t?

With me, you always know what to expect. You receive a 3-month warranty on the work I do. You’ll find the benefit of over 20 years experience and professional hands-on training.

You’re getting a price that can’t be found on the high street for a service that can’t be beaten. And the price I quote you will always be the price you pay.

If I can not fix it, I won’t charge you. In short, I can offer you personal attention and flexibility, neither of which you’ll find on the high street!
