Before you call, have a quick read of the most frequent questions people ask me.

1. What can you mend? Windows – (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, Windows XP)

I will perform essential maintenance, restore and repair Windows, update Windows, install upgrades, perform virus removal, remove harmful spyware, and troubleshoot Microsoft applications like Word and Outlook.

With Windows 7 at the end of its life, I will upgrade you to Windows 10 and make sure things aren’t that different than before.

I can work on all makes and models of desktop PC’s. Including Dell, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Packard Bell, HP (Hewlett-Packard), eMachines, Panasonic, Evesham, IBM, Acer, Sony, Compaq Presario, Gateway, Asus desktops, Lenovo, Samsung, Advent, Mesh and much more!

2. How much do you charge?

I bill £40 per hour. Please note: I don’t have a store so I can only see clients by appointment only. Most repair jobs take between 1 and 2 hours, so you are taking a look at paying between £40 and £80 for your computer to be at its best again.

3. Can I get a guarantee?

I stand by my job, so all repairs come with a 3-month guarantee. What does that really mean for you? This ensures that if your computer breaks down with the identical problem within 3 months of my fix, I will fix it free of charge. That’s including parts! This does not include spyware or virus infections.

4. Why do you charge less?

I charge less because it is only me that does all the work so I’m the only person you will ever be dealing with when you call or email. That means I do not have the high overhead that other IT companies do.

And let’s face it, I charge a fair and honest price where others don’t. And that’s the bottom line.

5. What can you offer me that others can not?

With me, you always know what to expect. You get a 3-month warranty on the job I do. You’ll find the benefit of more than 20 years experience and specialist hands-on training.

You’re getting a price that can’t be found on the high street for a service that can not be beaten. And the price I quote you will always be the price you pay.

If I can’t fix it, I won’t charge you. In short, I can provide you with personal attention and flexibility, neither of which you’ll find on the high street!
