1. What can you fix? Windows – (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, Windows XP)

I can perform essential maintenance, restore and restore Windows, update Windows, install upgrades, perform virus removal, eliminate harmful spyware, and troubleshoot Microsoft programs like Word and Outlook.

With Windows 7 at the end of its life, I will upgrade you to Windows 10 and make sure things are not too different than before.

I can work on all makes and models of desktop PC’s. Including Dell, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Packard Bell, HP (Hewlett-Packard), eMachines, Panasonic, Evesham, IBM, Acer, Sony, Compaq Presario, Gateway, Asus desktops, Lenovo, Samsung, Advent, Mesh and much more!

2. How much do you charge?

I charge £40 per hour. Please note: I don’t have a store so that I can only see clients by appointment only. Most repair jobs take between 1 and 2 hours, so you’re taking a look at paying between £40 and £80 for your valuable computer to be in its best again.

3. Can I get a guarantee?

I stand by my job, so all repairs have a 3-month guarantee. What does that really mean for you? Well, this ensures that if your computer breaks down with the identical problem within 3 months of my repair, I will fix it free of charge. That’s including parts! This doesn’t include virus or spyware infections.

4. Why do you charge less?

I charge less because it is just me that does all the work so I am the only person you’ll ever be dealing with when you call or email. That means I do not have the high overhead that other IT businesses do.

And let’s face it, I charge a fair and honest price where others do not. And that is the bottom line.

5. What can you offer me that others can’t?

With me, you always know what to expect. You receive a 3-month warranty on the work I do. You’ll find the benefit of more than 20 years experience and professional hands-on training.
