1. What can you fix? Windows – (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, Windows XP)
I can do essential maintenance, restore and restore Windows, update Windows, install updates, perform virus removal, eliminate harmful spyware, and troubleshoot Microsoft programs like Word and Outlook.
With Windows 7 at the end of its life, I will upgrade you to Windows 10 and make sure things are not that different than before.
I will work on all makes and models of desktop PC’s. That includes Dell, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Packard Bell, HP (Hewlett-Packard), eMachines, Panasonic, Evesham, IBM, Acer, Sony, Compaq Presario, Gateway, Asus desktops, Lenovo, Samsung, Advent, Mesh and much more!

2. How much do you charge?
I charge £40 per hour. Please note: I don’t have a store so I can only see clients by appointment only. Most repair jobs take between 1 and 2 hours, so you are looking at paying between £40 and £80 for your computer to be at its best again.
3. Can I get a guarantee?
I stand by my job, so all repairs have a 3-month guarantee. What does that really mean for you? Well, this ensures that if your computer breaks down with the identical problem within 3 weeks of my repair, I will fix it free of charge. That’s including parts! This does not include virus or spyware infections.
4. Why do you charge less?
I charge less because it’s only me that does all the work so I’m the only person you’ll ever be dealing with when you telephone or email. That means I don’t have the high overhead that other IT companies do.
And let’s face it, I charge a fair and honest price where others do not. And that is the bottom line.
5. What can you offer me that others can not?
With me, you always know what to expect. You get a 3-month warranty on the job I do. You’ll get the benefit of more than 20 years experience and specialist hands-on training.
