1. What can you mend? Windows – (Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, Windows XP)

I can perform essential maintenance, restore and repair Windows, update Windows, install updates, perform virus removal, eliminate harmful spyware, and troubleshoot Microsoft programs like Word and Outlook.

With Windows 7 at the end of its life, I will upgrade you to Windows 10 and make sure things aren’t too different than before.

I will work on all makes and models of desktop PC’s. Including Dell, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Packard Bell, HP (Hewlett-Packard), eMachines, Panasonic, Evesham, IBM, Acer, Sony, Compaq Presario, Gateway, Asus desktops, Lenovo, Samsung, Advent, Mesh and much more!

2. How much do you charge?

I bill £40 per hour. Please note: I don’t have a store so that I can only see clients by appointment only. Most repair jobs take between 1 and 2 hours, so you’re looking at paying between £40 and £80 for your valuable computer to be at its best again.

3. Can I get a guarantee?

I stand by my job, so all repairs come with a 3-month guarantee. What does that mean for you? Well, this ensures that if your computer breaks down with the identical problem within 3 weeks of my repair, I will fix it free of charge. That is including parts! This doesn’t include spyware or virus infections.

4. Why do you charge less?

I charge less because it’s only me that does all the work so I’m the only person you will ever be dealing with when you telephone or email. That means I don’t have the high overhead that other IT companies do.

And let’s face it, I charge a fair and honest price where others do not. And that’s the bottom line.

5. What can you offer me that others can’t?
