I can repair laptops of all makes and models including gaming laptops. Whether you’ve got a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will guarantee I properly diagnose the problem and that I perform a repair that is cost-effective and long-lasting.

Several faults could prevent your notebook from turning on. It may be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within one day I will provide you with an accurate diagnosis so you can decide whether to proceed with the repair.

Laptop turns on but the screen is blank

Many times, you may experience seeing that the laptop turns on by hearing the fans spin and the keyboard light up but you can see nothing on the monitor. The reason may be a faulty display, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. Whatever the problem I usually turn around these repairs within 48 hours.

A broken hinge is something I see far too frequently. You might have tried to close the lid in haste, or you might have dropped your laptop.

A broken hinge would not allow you to open and close your notebook lid easily and you would also run the risk of further damage to internal components by trying to operate it. I can repair your broken hinge cost-effectively and I would be sure my repair would last.

Laptop DC Jack replacement

Laptop DC power jacks are often becoming damaged primarily since they’re always being connected to a charger. Hence in case you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it may damage the pin within the DC jack calling for a replacement.

Very often I fix laptops which have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost so long as they’re brought in shortly after the spill was made. Initially, I will disassemble the laptop, completely dry it out and wash all the connectors and then perform a diagnosis as to find out whether the parts have suffered damage. The majority of the times I manage to put the notebook back into working order with nominal cost.

Laptop screens are quite delicate. When you drop the laptop or if an object collides with it, it is very probable your laptop screen will get damaged. It is also normal for screens to suffer from digital damage and reach their end of life. I replace screens from notebooks of all brands and. For a cost-effective laptop display repair, give me a call.

Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade

Whether you wish to increase the storage on your notebook, or you think your laptop is sluggish and want to install a faster storage device I can do this fast and cost-effectively. I will consult you on your requirements and then suggest the perfect hard drive or SSD for your needs and install it.

Laptop overheats

When your laptop becomes too noisy or you feel that it is overheating, that is often a sign that fans could be damaged/really dusty and the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.

An overheating laptop may cause damage to its internal parts and usually, it shuts itself down to avoid that. If you feel that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you believe it becomes very hot after a couple of minutes of use, then it probably suffers from overheating. The cause could be excessive dust increasing the temperature inside or a faulty fan that does not cool the notebook and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is that I can repair your notebook in a few hours and have you up and running again.
