I can repair laptops of all makes and models including gaming laptops. Whether you’ve got a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will ensure I properly diagnose the problem and that I do a fix that’s cost-effective and long-lasting.

Several faults could prevent your laptop from turning on. It could be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within 24 hours I will supply you with an accurate diagnosis so you can choose whether to proceed with the repair.

Laptop turns on but the display is blank

Many times, you might experience seeing the laptop turns on by hearing the fans spin and the computer keyboard light up but you can see nothing on the screen. The reason may be a faulty screen, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. No matter the problem I usually turn around these repairs within two days.

A broken hinge is something I see far too frequently. You may have attempted to close the lid in haste, or you might have dropped your laptop.

A broken hinge would not let you open and close your laptop’s lid easily and you would also run the risk of further damage to internal components by trying to operate it. I can repair your broken hinge cost-effectively and I’d be certain my fix would last.

Laptop DC Jack replacement

Laptop DC power jacks are often becoming damaged primarily because they are continuously being connected to a charger. Hence if you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it may damage the pin inside the DC jack calling for a replacement.

Very often I repair laptops that have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost as long as they’re brought in soon after the spill was made. Initially, I will disassemble the notebook, completely dry it out and clean all the connectors and then execute a diagnosis as to find out whether the parts have suffered damage. Most of the times I manage to put the laptop back into working order with minimal cost.

Laptop screens are quite delicate. When you drop the notebook or if an object collides with it, it’s very likely your laptop screen will become damaged. It is also common for screens to suffer with digital damage and reach their end of life. I replace displays from notebooks of all brands and. For a cost-effective laptop screen repair, give me a call.

Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade

Whether you would like to increase the storage on your laptop, or you think your laptop is sluggish and wish to install a faster storage device that I can do this fast and cost-effectively. I will consult you on your requirements and then suggest the perfect hard disk or SSD to your needs and install it.

Laptop is overheating

When your laptop becomes too noisy or you believe that it is overheating, that is often a sign that fans could be damaged/really dusty and the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.

An overheating laptop may lead to damage to its internal components and generally, it shuts itself down to prevent that. If you feel that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you feel that it becomes very hot after a few minutes of use, then it probably suffers from overheating. The reason could be excessive dust raising the temperature indoors or a faulty fan which does not cool the notebook and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is that I can repair your notebook in a few hours and have you up and running again.
