I can fix laptops of all makes and models such as gaming laptops. Whether you have a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will ensure I properly diagnose the issue and that I do a fix that is cost-effective and long-lasting.

Several faults could prevent your laptop from turning on. It may be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within one day I will provide you with an accurate diagnosis so that you can choose whether to proceed with the repair.

Laptop turns on but the display is blank

Many times, you might experience seeing the laptop turns on by hearing the fans spin and the computer keyboard lighting up but you can see nothing on the monitor. The cause may be a faulty screen, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. No matter the problem I usually turn around these repairs within two days.

A broken hinge is something I see far too frequently. You might have tried to close the lid in haste, or you might have dropped your notebook.

A broken hinge wouldn’t let you open and close your notebook lid easily and you would also run the risk of further damage to internal components by trying to operate it. I can repair your broken hinge cost-effectively and I would be sure my fix would last.

Laptop DC Jack replacement

Laptop DC power jacks are often becoming damaged primarily since they’re continuously being connected to a charger. Hence if you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it might damage the pin inside the DC jack calling for a replacement.

Very often I repair laptops that have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost so long as they’re brought in soon after the spill was made. Originally, I will disassemble the notebook, completely dry it out and wash all of the connectors and then perform a diagnosis as to learn whether the parts have suffered damage. The majority of the times I manage to put the notebook back into working order with nominal cost.

Laptop screens are quite delicate. When you drop the laptop or if an object collides with it, it is very likely that your laptop screen will become damaged. Additionally it is common for screens to suffer from digital damage and reach their end of life. I replace screens from notebooks of all brands and. For a cheap laptop screen repair, give me a call.

Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade

Whether you wish to improve the storage on your notebook, or you think your laptop is sluggish and want to install a faster storage device that I can do this quickly and cost-effectively. I will consult you on your needs and then suggest the right hard disk or SSD to your needs and install it.

Laptop is overheating

When your laptop gets too noisy or you believe that it’s overheating, that’s often a sign that fans may be damaged/really dusty and the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.

An overheating laptop may cause damage to its internal parts and generally, it shuts itself down to prevent that. If you think that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you feel that it becomes very hot after a few minutes of usage, then it probably suffers from overheating. The reason could be excessive dust increasing the temperature inside or a faulty fan which does not cool the notebook and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is that I can repair your laptop in a few hours and have you up and running again.
