I can fix laptops of all makes and models including gaming laptops. Whether you’ve got a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will ensure I properly diagnose the issue and that I do a fix that is cost-effective and long-lasting.

Several faults could prevent your laptop from turning on. It could be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within one day I will provide you with an accurate diagnosis so that you can choose whether to proceed with the fix.

Laptop turns on but the display is blank

Many times, you might experience seeing that the laptop turns on by hearing the fans spin and the computer keyboard light up but you can see nothing on the screen. The reason could be a faulty display, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. Whatever the issue I usually turn around these repairs within two days.

A broken hinge is something I see far too often. You may have attempted to close the lid in haste, or you may have dropped your notebook.

A broken hinge wouldn’t let you open and close your laptop’s lid easily and you would also run the risk of additional damage to internal components by attempting to operate it. I can mend your broken hinge cost-effectively and I’d make sure my repair would last.

Laptop DC Jack replacement

Laptop DC power jacks are frequently becoming damaged primarily because they are always being connected to a charger. Hence in case you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it may damage the pin within the DC jack calling for a replacement.

Very often I fix laptops that have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost as long as they’re brought in shortly after the spill was made. Initially, I will disassemble the laptop, completely dry it out and wash all the connectors and then perform a diagnosis as to find out whether the parts have suffered damage. The majority of the times I manage to put the laptop back into working order with nominal price.

Laptop screens are quite delicate. When you drop the notebook or if an object collides with it, it’s very likely that your laptop screen will become damaged. It is also common for screens to suffer from digital damage and reach their end of life. I replace displays from notebooks of all brands and. To get a cheap laptop display repair, give me a call.

Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade

Whether you would like to increase the storage on your notebook, or you think your laptop is sluggish and want to install a faster storage device I can do this fast and cost-effectively. I will consult you on your requirements and then suggest the perfect hard disk or SSD for your needs and install it.

Laptop is overheating

When your laptop becomes too noisy or you feel that it’s overheating, that’s often a sign that fans could be damaged/really dusty as well as the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.

An overheating laptop may cause damage to its internal parts and generally, it shuts itself down to prevent that. If you think that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you believe it becomes very hot after a few minutes of use, then it probably suffers from overheating. The cause could be excessive dust increasing the temperature indoors or a faulty fan that does not cool the notebook and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is I can repair your laptop in a couple of hours and have you up and running again.
