The majority of us are reliant on our notebooks to operate, communicate effectively, research information and amuse ourselves. They are a part of our lives. I mostly carry them , and I use them extensively making them susceptible to damage.

I can repair laptops of all makes and models such as gaming laptops. Whether you have a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will ensure I properly diagnose the problem and that I perform a fix that’s cost-effective and long-lasting.

Several faults could prevent your laptop from turning on. It could be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within 24 hours I will provide you with an accurate diagnosis so that you can decide whether to proceed with the fix.

Laptop turns on but the screen is blank

Many times, you may experience seeing that the laptop turns on by hearing the fans spin and the keyboard lighting up but you can see nothing on the monitor. The reason could be a faulty display, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. Whatever the problem I usually turn around these repairs within two days.

A broken hinge is something I see far too frequently. You might have attempted to close the lid in haste, or you might have dropped your notebook.

A broken hinge wouldn’t allow you to open and close your laptop’s lid easily and you would also run the risk of additional damage to internal parts by attempting to operate it. I can repair your broken hinge cost-effectively and I would be sure my repair would last.

Laptop DC Jack replacement

Laptop DC power jacks are frequently becoming damaged primarily because they are always being connected to a charger. Hence if you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it may damage the pin inside the DC jack calling for a replacement.

Very often I fix laptops which have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost as long as they’re brought in shortly after the spill was made. Originally, I will disassemble the notebook, completely dry it out and wash all of the connectors and then perform a diagnosis as to learn whether the components have suffered damage. The majority of the times I manage to put the notebook back into working order with nominal cost.

Laptop screens are quite delicate. When you drop the laptop or if an object collides with it, it’s very probable your laptop screen will become damaged. It is also common for screens to suffer with digital damage and reach their end of life. I replace displays from laptops of all brands and. For a cheap laptop display repair, give me a call.

Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade

Whether you wish to improve the storage on your laptop, or you think your laptop is sluggish and wish to install a faster storage device I can do this fast and cost-effectively. I will consult you on your requirements and then suggest the perfect hard disk or SSD for your needs and install it.

Laptop overheats

When your laptop gets too noisy or you believe that it is overheating, that’s often a sign that fans may be damaged/really dusty as well as the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.

An overheating laptop may cause damage to its internal components and usually, it shuts itself down to avoid that. If you feel that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you feel that it gets very hot after a few minutes of use, then it probably suffers from overheating. The cause could be excessive dust raising the temperature inside or a faulty fan that does not cool the laptop and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is I can repair your notebook in a few hours and have you up and running again.
