Most of us are hooked on our notebooks to work, communicate effectively, research information and amuse ourselves. They are a part of our lives. I mostly carry them with us, and I use them extensively making them prone to damage.

I can repair laptops of all makes and models including gaming laptops. Whether you have a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will guarantee I properly diagnose the issue and that I perform a fix that is cost-effective and long-lasting.

Several faults could prevent your laptop from turning on. It could be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within one day I will provide you with an accurate diagnosis so that you can decide whether to proceed with the fix.

Laptop turns on but the screen is blank

Many times, you may experience seeing the notebook turns on by hearing the fans spin and the keyboard light up but you can see nothing on the screen. The cause may be a faulty display, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. Whatever the issue I usually turn around these repairs within 48 hours.

A broken hinge is something I see far too frequently. You might have tried to close the lid in haste, or you might have dropped your laptop.

A broken hinge wouldn’t let you open and close your laptop’s lid easily and you would also run the risk of additional damage to internal components by attempting to operate it. I can repair your broken hinge cost-effectively and I’d be certain my fix would last.

Laptop DC Jack replacement

Laptop DC power jacks are often becoming damaged primarily because they are continuously being connected to a charger. Hence if you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it may damage the pin within the DC jack calling for a replacement.

Very often I fix laptops which have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost so long as they’re brought in shortly after the spill was created. Originally, I will disassemble the laptop, completely dry it out and wash all the connectors and then perform a diagnosis as to learn whether the parts have suffered damage. The majority of the times I manage to put the laptop back into working order with minimal cost.

Laptop screens are rather delicate. When you drop the laptop or if an object collides with it, it is very likely that your laptop screen will become damaged. It is also normal for screens to suffer from digital damage and reach their end of life. I replace displays from laptops of all brands and. To get a cheap laptop display repair, give me a call.

Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade

Whether you wish to increase the storage on your laptop, or you think your laptop is sluggish and want to install a faster storage device I can do this quickly and cost-effectively. I’ll consult you on your needs and then suggest the perfect hard drive or SSD for your needs and install it.

Laptop overheats

When your laptop gets too noisy or you feel that it’s overheating, that is often a sign that fans may be damaged/really dusty as well as the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.

An overheating laptop may lead to damage to its internal parts and generally, it shuts itself down to prevent that. If you feel that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you believe it gets very hot after a couple of minutes of use, then it probably suffers from overheating. The cause could be excessive dust raising the temperature inside or a faulty fan which does not cool the laptop and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is I can repair your laptop in a few hours and have you up and running again.
