I can repair laptops of all makes and models including gaming laptops. Whether you’ve got a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will guarantee I properly diagnose the issue and that I do a repair that is cost-effective and long-lasting.
Several faults could prevent your notebook from turning on. It may be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within one day I will supply you with an accurate diagnosis so that you can decide whether to proceed with the repair.
Laptop turns on but the screen is blank
Many times, you might experience seeing that the notebook turns on by hearing the fans spin and the keyboard lighting up but you can see nothing on the screen. The cause could be a faulty screen, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. No matter the problem I usually turn around these repairs within two days.
A broken hinge is something I see far too frequently. You might have tried to close the lid in haste, or you might have dropped your notebook.
A broken hinge would not let you open and close your laptop’s lid easily and you would also run the risk of further damage to internal parts by attempting to operate it. I can repair your broken hinge cost-effectively and I would be sure my repair would last.
Laptop DC Jack replacement
Laptop DC power jacks are frequently becoming damaged primarily because they are continuously being connected to a charger. Hence in case you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it may damage the pin within the DC jack calling for a replacement.
Very often I repair laptops that have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost so long as they’re brought in shortly after the spill was created. Originally, I will disassemble the notebook, completely dry it out and clean all of the connectors and then perform a diagnosis as to learn whether the parts have suffered damage. Most of the times I manage to put the laptop back into working order with nominal price.
Laptop screens are rather delicate. When you drop the laptop or if an object collides with it, it is very probable your laptop screen will get damaged. It is also normal for screens to suffer with electronic damage and reach their end of life. I replace screens from notebooks of all brands and. For a cost-effective laptop screen repair, give me a call.
Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade
Whether you wish to increase the storage on your laptop, or you think your laptop is sluggish and wish to install a faster storage device that I can do this fast and cost-effectively. I will consult you on your needs and then suggest the right hard drive or SSD to your needs and install it.
Laptop is overheating
When your laptop gets too noisy or you believe that it is overheating, that’s often a sign that fans could be damaged/really dusty as well as the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.
An overheating laptop may cause damage to its internal components and usually, it shuts itself down to prevent that. If you feel that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you believe it gets very hot after a few minutes of use, then it probably suffers from overheating. The cause could be excessive dust raising the temperature indoors or a faulty fan that does not cool the laptop and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is I can repair your notebook in a couple of hours and have you up and running again.
