I can repair laptops of all makes and models such as gaming laptops. Whether you have a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will ensure I correctly diagnose the issue and that I do a fix that’s cost-effective and long-lasting.

Several faults could prevent your notebook from turning on. It could be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within 24 hours I will supply you with an accurate diagnosis so that you can decide whether to proceed with the fix.

Laptop turns on but the display is blank

Many times, you might experience seeing that the laptop turns on by hearing the fans spin and the keyboard lighting up but you can see nothing on the monitor. The reason may be a faulty screen, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. Whatever the issue I usually turn around these repairs within 48 hours.

A broken hinge is something I see far too frequently. You may have tried to close the lid in haste, or you might have dropped your laptop.

A broken hinge would not let you open and close your laptop’s lid easily and you would also run the risk of further damage to internal parts by attempting to operate it. I can mend your broken hinge cost-effectively and I’d make certain my repair would last.

Laptop DC Jack replacement

Laptop DC power jacks are often becoming damaged primarily because they are always being connected to a charger. Hence in case you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it may damage the pin within the DC jack calling for a replacement.

Very often I fix laptops that have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost as long as they’re brought in shortly after the spill was created. Initially, I will disassemble the laptop, completely dry it out and wash all the connectors and then execute a diagnosis as to learn whether the components have suffered damage. The majority of the times I manage to put the notebook back into working order with minimal cost.

Laptop screens are quite delicate. When you drop the notebook or if an object collides with it, it’s very likely your laptop screen will get damaged. Additionally it is common for screens to suffer with electronic damage and reach their end of life. I replace screens from laptops of all brands and. For a cheap laptop screen repair, give me a call.

Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade

Whether you wish to improve the storage on your notebook, or you think your laptop is sluggish and want to install a faster storage device I can do this fast and cost-effectively. I’ll consult you on your requirements and then suggest the right hard disk or SSD for your needs and install it.

Laptop overheats

When your laptop gets too noisy or you believe that it is overheating, that is often a sign that fans may be damaged/really dusty and the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.

An overheating laptop may cause damage to its internal parts and usually, it shuts itself down to avoid that. If you feel that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you believe it gets very hot after a couple of minutes of use, then it probably suffers from overheating. The cause could be excessive dust raising the temperature inside or a faulty fan which does not cool the notebook and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is I can repair your notebook in a few hours and have you up and running again.
