I can fix laptops of all makes and models including gaming laptops. Whether you have a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will guarantee I correctly diagnose the problem and that I do a repair that’s cost-effective and long-lasting.

Several faults could prevent your laptop from turning on. It may be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within 24 hours I will provide you with an accurate diagnosis so that you can choose whether to proceed with the repair.

Laptop turns on but the display is blank

Many times, you may experience seeing the notebook turns on by hearing the fans spin and the keyboard light up but you can see nothing on the monitor. The reason may be a faulty screen, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. No matter the problem I usually turn around these repairs within two days.

A broken hinge is something I see far too frequently. You might have tried to close the lid in haste, or you might have dropped your notebook.

A broken hinge wouldn’t allow you to open and close your notebook lid easily and you would also run the risk of additional damage to internal parts by trying to operate it. I can mend your broken hinge cost-effectively and I’d be sure my fix would last.

Laptop DC Jack replacement

Laptop DC power jacks are frequently becoming damaged primarily since they’re continuously being connected to a charger. Hence if you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it may damage the pin within the DC jack calling for a replacement.

Very often I repair laptops that have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost so long as they are brought in soon after the spill was created. Initially, I will disassemble the notebook, completely dry it out and clean all the connectors and then execute a diagnosis as to learn whether the components have suffered damage. The majority of the times I manage to put the notebook back into working order with minimal price.

Laptop screens are quite delicate. When you drop the notebook or if an object collides with it, it is very probable your laptop screen will become damaged. It is also common for screens to suffer from electronic damage and reach their end of life. I replace screens from notebooks of all brands and. For a cost-effective laptop screen repair, give me a call.

Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade

Whether you wish to increase the storage on your laptop, or you think your laptop is sluggish and want to install a faster storage device I can do this fast and cost-effectively. I’ll consult you on your needs and then suggest the perfect hard drive or SSD to your needs and install it.

Laptop is overheating

When your laptop gets too noisy or you feel that it is overheating, that is often a sign that fans could be damaged/really dusty and the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.

An overheating laptop may lead to damage to its internal components and generally, it shuts itself down to prevent that. If you think that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you feel that it becomes very hot after a few minutes of use, then it probably suffers from overheating. The reason could be excessive dust raising the temperature indoors or a faulty fan which does not cool the laptop and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is I can repair your notebook in a few hours and have you up and running again.
