I’m also experienced in the installation and repair of hardware to your notebook. I can troubleshoot and fix your computer’s memory (RAM), hard drive (data recovery), external hard disk, solid-state hard drive SSD, processor (CPU), motherboard, video/graphics card, power supply unit (PSU), keyboard, sound card, CD drive, DVD, mouse, modem, router, and USB devices.

Most of us are reliant on our notebooks to work, communicate effectively, research information and amuse ourselves. They are a part of our lives. I mostly carry them , and I use them extensively making them prone to damage.

If you approve my quote I will proceed in the repair straight away and it will usually be ready within hours (subject to part availability).

I can repair laptops of all makes and models such as gaming laptops. Whether you have a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will guarantee I properly diagnose the issue and that I perform a fix that’s cost-effective and long-lasting.

Several faults could prevent your laptop from turning on. It could be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within 24 hours I will supply you with an accurate diagnosis so that you can decide whether to proceed with the fix.

Laptop turns on but the screen is blank

Many times, you may experience seeing the notebook turns on by hearing the fans spin and the computer keyboard lighting up but you can see nothing on the screen. The reason may be a faulty display, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. Whatever the problem I usually turn around these repairs within 48 hours.

A broken hinge is something I see far too frequently. You may have attempted to close the lid in haste, or you may have dropped your notebook.

A broken hinge wouldn’t allow you to open and close your notebook lid easily and you would also run the risk of further damage to internal components by attempting to operate it. I can mend your broken hinge cost-effectively and I’d be certain my repair would last.

Laptop DC Jack replacement

Laptop DC power jacks are often becoming damaged primarily because they are always being connected to a charger. Hence in case you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it might damage the pin inside the DC jack calling for a replacement.

Very often I repair laptops that have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost so long as they’re brought in shortly after the spill was made. Initially, I will disassemble the notebook, completely dry it out and clean all of the connectors and then perform a diagnosis as to learn whether the components have suffered damage. Most of the times I manage to put the notebook back into working order with minimal price.

Laptop screens are rather delicate. When you drop the notebook or if an object collides with it, it’s very probable your laptop screen will get damaged. It is also common for screens to suffer with electronic damage and reach their end of life. I replace screens from notebooks of all brands and. To get a cheap laptop display repair, give me a call.

Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade

Whether you wish to improve the storage on your notebook, or you think your laptop is sluggish and want to install a faster storage device I can do this fast and cost-effectively. I’ll consult you on your needs and then suggest the perfect hard disk or SSD to your needs and install it.

Laptop is overheating

When your laptop becomes too noisy or you feel that it is overheating, that’s often a sign that fans may be damaged/really dusty as well as the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.

An overheating laptop may lead to damage to its internal components and generally, it shuts itself down to avoid that. If you feel that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you believe it gets very hot after a couple of minutes of use, then it probably suffers from overheating. The cause could be excessive dust increasing the temperature indoors or a faulty fan that does not cool the laptop and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is I can repair your laptop in a few hours and have you up and running again.
