I am also experienced in the installation and repair of hardware for your laptop. Most of us are hooked on our notebooks to operate, communicate effectively, study information and amuse ourselves. They’re a part of our lives. I mostly carry them , and I use them extensively making them susceptible to damage.

When this occurs, I am here to assist in getting you up and running quickly. When you bring your laptop in, I will carry out a free of charge diagnosis, and I will notify you of the nature of the error, the choices you have and provide a fixed quote.

Should you approve my quote I shall move in the repair straight away and it’ll usually be ready within hours (subject to part availability).

I can fix laptops of all makes and models such as gaming laptops. Whether you’ve got a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will ensure I correctly diagnose the problem and that I perform a repair that’s cost-effective and long-lasting.

Several faults could prevent your notebook from turning on. It may be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within 24 hours I will supply you with an accurate diagnosis so that you can choose whether to proceed with the repair.

Laptop turns on but the display is blank

Many times, you may experience seeing the notebook turns on by hearing the fans spin and the keyboard light up but you can see nothing on the monitor. The cause could be a faulty screen, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. No matter the issue I usually turn around these repairs within 48 hours.

A broken hinge is something I see far too often. You may have attempted to close the lid in haste, or you may have dropped your notebook.

A broken hinge would not allow you to open and close your laptop’s lid easily and you would also run the risk of additional damage to internal parts by trying to operate it. I can mend your broken hinge cost-effectively and I’d be certain that my repair would last.

Laptop DC Jack replacement

Laptop DC power jacks are often becoming damaged primarily because they are always being connected to a charger. Hence in case you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it might damage the pin within the DC jack calling for a replacement.

Very often I fix laptops which have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost so long as they are brought in shortly after the spill was created. Initially, I will disassemble the notebook, completely dry it out and wash all of the connectors and then perform a diagnosis as to learn whether the parts have suffered damage. Most of the times I manage to put the laptop back into working order with nominal cost.

Laptop screens are quite delicate. When you drop the laptop or if an object collides with it, it’s very likely that your laptop screen will get damaged. It is also normal for screens to suffer with digital damage and reach their end of life. I replace displays from laptops of all brands and. For a cheap laptop screen repair, give me a call.

Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade

Whether you would like to improve the storage on your laptop, or you think your laptop is sluggish and wish to install a faster storage device that I can do this fast and cost-effectively. I’ll consult you on your requirements and then suggest the perfect hard disk or SSD to your needs and install it.

Laptop overheats

When your laptop becomes too noisy or you believe that it’s overheating, that’s often a sign that fans could be damaged/really dusty and the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.

An overheating laptop may lead to damage to its internal components and usually, it shuts itself down to prevent that. If you feel that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you feel that it becomes very hot after a few minutes of use, then it probably suffers from overheating. The reason could be excessive dust increasing the temperature inside or a faulty fan which does not cool the laptop and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is I can repair your laptop in a couple of hours and have you up and running again.
