I am also experienced in the installation and repair of hardware for your laptop. Most of us are hooked on our laptops to operate, communicate effectively, study information and entertain ourselves. They’re a part of our lives. I mostly carry them with us, and I use them extensively making them prone to damage.

When this occurs, I am here to assist in getting you up and running fast. When you bring your laptop in, I will carry out a free of charge diagnosis, after which I will notify you of the nature of the fault, the options you have and provide a fixed quote.

Should you approve my quote I shall proceed in the repair straight away and it’ll usually be ready within hours (subject to part availability).

I can fix laptops of all makes and models such as gaming laptops. Whether you have a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will guarantee I correctly diagnose the issue and that I do a repair that’s cost-effective and long-lasting.

Several faults could prevent your notebook from turning on. It may be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within 24 hours I will supply you with an accurate diagnosis so that you can decide whether to proceed with the fix.

Laptop turns on but the screen is blank

Many times, you might experience seeing the laptop turns on by hearing the fans spin and the computer keyboard light up but you can see nothing on the screen. The cause may be a faulty screen, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. No matter the problem I usually turn around these repairs within two days.

A broken hinge is something I see far too often. You may have attempted to close the lid in haste, or you might have dropped your laptop.

A broken hinge wouldn’t allow you to open and close your notebook lid easily and you would also run the risk of further damage to internal parts by attempting to operate it. I can mend your broken hinge cost-effectively and I’d be certain that my repair would last.

Laptop DC Jack replacement

Laptop DC power jacks are often becoming damaged primarily because they are always being connected to a charger. Hence if you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it may damage the pin within the DC jack calling for a replacement.

Very often I repair laptops that have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost as long as they are brought in soon after the spill was made. Originally, I will disassemble the notebook, completely dry it out and wash all of the connectors and then execute a diagnosis as to find out whether the components have suffered damage. The majority of the times I manage to put the notebook back into working order with nominal price.

Laptop screens are rather delicate. When you drop the notebook or if an object collides with it, it’s very probable that your laptop screen will become damaged. Additionally it is common for screens to suffer with digital damage and reach their end of life. I replace screens from laptops of all brands and. For a cheap laptop screen repair, give me a call.

Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade

Whether you wish to increase the storage on your laptop, or you think your laptop is sluggish and wish to install a faster storage device that I can do this fast and cost-effectively. I’ll consult you on your needs and then suggest the perfect hard disk or SSD to your needs and install it.

Laptop overheats

When your laptop becomes too noisy or you feel that it is overheating, that’s often a sign that fans may be damaged/really dusty as well as the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.

An overheating laptop may lead to damage to its internal components and usually, it shuts itself down to prevent that. If you feel that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you feel that it gets very hot after a couple of minutes of use, then it probably suffers from overheating. The reason could be excessive dust raising the temperature inside or a faulty fan which does not cool the laptop and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is that I can repair your notebook in a couple of hours and have you up and running again.
