Most of us are hooked on our notebooks to work, communicate effectively, study information and amuse ourselves. They are a part of our lives. I mostly carry them , and I use them extensively making them susceptible to damage.

I can repair laptops of all makes and models such as gaming laptops. Whether you’ve got a hardware or software fault my extensive experience will guarantee I properly diagnose the problem and that I perform a fix that is cost-effective and long-lasting.

Several faults could prevent your notebook from turning on. It may be a faulty DC jack, a bad motherboard, bad RAM and others. Within 24 hours I will provide you with an accurate diagnosis so that you can decide whether to proceed with the repair.

Laptop turns on but the display is blank

Many times, you may experience seeing the laptop turns on by hearing the fans spin and the keyboard light up but you can see nothing on the monitor. The cause may be a faulty screen, a faulty LCD cable, a battery or a motherboard issue. Whatever the issue I usually turn around these repairs within two days.

A broken hinge is something I see far too often. You may have tried to close the lid in haste, or you may have dropped your notebook.

A broken hinge wouldn’t let you open and close your laptop’s lid easily and you would also run the risk of further damage to internal components by trying to operate it. I can mend your broken hinge cost-effectively and I would be certain my fix would last.

Laptop DC Jack replacement

Laptop DC power jacks are often becoming damaged primarily because they are continuously being connected to a charger. Hence in case you insert the charger forcibly or at a wrong angle it might damage the pin within the DC jack calling for a replacement.

Very often I fix laptops that have suffered from accidental liquid spillages. Most often I manage to salvage them with minimal cost as long as they’re brought in shortly after the spill was created. Originally, I will disassemble the laptop, completely dry it out and wash all of the connectors and then execute a diagnosis as to learn whether the components have suffered damage. The majority of the times I manage to put the laptop back into working order with minimal cost.

Laptop screens are rather delicate. When you drop the notebook or if an object collides with it, it’s very likely your laptop screen will get damaged. It is also normal for screens to suffer with electronic damage and reach their end of life. I replace screens from notebooks of all brands and. To get a cheap laptop display repair, give me a call.

Laptop Hard Drive Upgrade

Whether you would like to increase the storage on your laptop, or you think your laptop is sluggish and want to install a faster storage device I can do this quickly and cost-effectively. I will consult you on your needs and then suggest the right hard disk or SSD for your needs and install it.

Laptop overheats

When your laptop gets too noisy or you feel that it is overheating, that is often a sign that fans may be damaged/really dusty and the thermal compound on the CPU (mainly) is dried.

An overheating laptop may lead to damage to its internal components and usually, it shuts itself down to avoid that. If you think that your laptop shuts down randomly without warning or if you believe it becomes very hot after a couple of minutes of usage, then it probably suffers from overheating. The cause could be excessive dust increasing the temperature indoors or a faulty fan that does not cool the notebook and circulate the air as it should. Whatever the cause is I can repair your notebook in a couple of hours and have you up and running again.
