How to Raise a Complaint
Contact Dr IT Services directly so the matter can be put right. Please give your name, the device or job reference, the date of the work, and what went wrong.

What Happens Next
- Dr IT Services acknowledges your complaint within two business days.
- Vlad Tabaranu, the founder, reviews the complaint personally. This may include re-inspecting the device, reviewing the diagnosis notes and the quote you approved, and checking the parts and labour record for the job.
- You receive a written response, normally within ten business days. If the matter needs more time, you are told why and given a timescale.
Repairs Covered by the 90-Day Warranty
Every hardware repair carries a 90-day warranty on replacement components and labour. If a repaired fault returns within 90 days, contact us using the details above and we will re-inspect the device without charge. Full warranty terms are in our Refund and Warranty Policy.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this procedure affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill. This procedure does not replace those rights; it is the fastest route to a resolution.
